Initial sanding with 220 grit sandpaper.  I did not strip the paint to bare metal, my 951 had been re-sprayed once before.  If your car has been re-sprayed numerous times then you may want to consider this.

Fix minor dings with body filler, the fender below turned out to be to difficult for me to fix.

 

I pulled the fender and did my best to straighten in.  I decided to just buy a fender on Ebay but when it arrived it had been packaged improperly and was unusable.

Above was my best attempt.  In the end I had a professional at the paint shop fix it and it turned out perfect.

I installed a fiberglass replica of the 968 bridge spoiler.  Bought the spoiler for $220 on Ebay from an outfit in Europe.

Be prepared to spend a lot of time on the removed pieces, especially the Nose.
Here the Turbo is finally ready to go to the paint shop.
